• Recently, my sister and brother in law decided to move to the Austin area from Phoenix Arizon. As a Real Estate Broker in the Phoenix, AZ area, I wanted to make sure that they hooked up with a Realtor that would really go the extra mile in finding my sister exactly the home she was looking for and a fair price. I did my share of calling and interviewing different agents in the Austin area and was really impressed by not only Romeo's knowledge of the local real estate market, but by his overall demeanor. He seemed genuinely interested in making my sister's move to Austin as smooth as possible. After several weeks of looking and negotiating, he was able to find exactly what my sister and brother in law were looking for at a price that was even lower than they had considered paying. • Truly Austin's Best Realtor!
• My wife and I wanted to move closer to our oldest son and his family in the Austin area. Having lived in California for most of our adult lives, we really thought that it would be very difficult to find a good Realtor, find a nice home and finally pack up 25 years of memories and belongings in California and make the move to Texas. • My husband and I are empty nesters that decided to move back to Austin from the Dallas area but weren't really sure where in Austin we wanted to live. • In this market, you need realtors with determination, experience and guts. This realtor showed none of those qualities. He has a very nice personality. But that is a distraction from selling or buying properties with him. Could not sell my property for over a year even when the door was open for any price. • Being from out of town and needing to locate a realtor who would help us in locating a home that would meet our unique needs first appeared to be a daunting task. However, that was not to be the case as we were fortunate to find a 5 star realtor representative on Citysearch. Romeo Manzanilla proved to be more than we could ever expect in helping us to locate our ideal home in the Austin metropolitan area. Romeo proved to be professional and patient in working with us to locate a home to meet our particular needs. He was always prompt and focused when he took us to see many different homes in an effort to find just what we were looking for in a home. Even though we were not sure ourselves at first just what we really were looking for, he helped us to narrow that down while helping us answer many other questions that we had not even thought about. Since my wife and I were unable to stay in the Austin area during our search for our home, we were able to continue our search with Romeo with the use of email and phone conversations. He would look at many homes while we were gone, and send us photos and his opinion of them via email. If he felt that we were still interested, he would delve deeper into those homes. This helped us immensely when we were able to return to the Austin area by eliminating the the unnecessary viewing of homes that we did not like.
