• Dan West, owner of Ardan Enterprises, had his unexperienced 17-year-old employee, Carly Coates, stand-in for him at my wedding reception. TERRIBLE IDEA! She did not function as an MC to introduce my wedding party as we arrived, nor did she play appropriate music during the right events. Transitioning between fast and slow songs did not flow smoothly, so my guests felt that the playlist was on the attention-deficit side. You could do better for yourself by hiring a family member or a kid to play some music. Ardan uses iTunes anyway, not any professional DJ software. I would like my money back, but that is not going to happen! (Utterly Disappointed, 08/21/2009)
