I used All Seasons Car Service to go to the Long Island Marriott for a business meeting. The driver got me to my destination. However, when I called cab service to return to the train station, a ten minute pick up turned into a 30 minute wait. Each time I called, the dispatcher kept saying the cab is on it's way and the cab driver never showed up. This resulted in me taking a later train to get home. When I called each time to find out when the cab driver would arrive the dispatcher seemed like it was of no importance to him to get me to my destination. To me this is a lack of professionalism as well as a lack of concern. I am a woman and I had planned on getting home safely. I felt like I was being stranded. I went into the hotel lobby and I patronized another cab service that was more concerned about where I was going. I will not use this cab service again.
This is the most disappointing car service I ever used. I made a reservation to be picked up from JFK to go to N. Massapequa. I was quoted $65 which INCLUDES tax and gratuity. Barry from the Bethpage office was fairly ontime to pick my party of two up. This guy was dressed like a slob and the cab smelled like rotten food. Never the less when we pulled up to my home I said "$65 correct? This includes tax and gratuity?" Barry said" No, that's just the fare and there will be a $2 charge for the extra person." So just wanting to get in the house I gave him $67 $15 tip. Then right away I called All Seasons taxi in Bethpage and JJ said that Barry was lying. The $65 did include tip and gratuity and there should be no $2 charge. While on the phone, to his credit, JJ hailed Barry on the radio and said "Barry, turn around and bring back the guy's money now! and you're lucky to have a job when you get back!" This is the level of professionalism All Season Taxi uses. Barry did return the money and said he made a mistake. Then the next day I noticed a $65 charge on my credit card. I had payed cash. I called back and they said they would credit my card. The company's website http://www.allseasonstaxi.com says their drivers are dressed professionally. The dispatchers weren't the friendliest either. Please stay way. I logged a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau. By the way, All Season's Taxi is not accredited with them. Shocking! I also tried to get a callback from the owner Joe but never received one.
i worked for all seasons for 10 years then fired yhe owner joe piscatello said i was stealing from him the entire 10 years i was thier a lie when in fact he stole from me in 10 years i had one raise a $10 an hr raise in 10 years i had zero vacations worked 16hr shifts six days aweek and not once called in sick he is a disgrace to all small bussinesses and blue collar workers he hides his $ from the irs (CASH BUSSINESS) and he allows drivers to drive not only on drugs but they dont even have tob hack license they have town of hempstead because they are felons his cabs are not maintained and should not even be on the road time for the town of oysterbay to step up to the plate and do thier job!!!!!
I had a reservation to be picked up from JFK. Taxi never came. The dispatcher has been rude the few times I had no choice but to take this service. The drivers are not careful. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Too many reputable and safe cab companies on the Island.
